I'm Stefani Atkinson,

MSW, RSW

I bring extensive experience and qualifications to my practice. I have provided individual and group counseling to youth in detention, worked in community settings, and supported patients in inpatient acute care hospitals and emergency departments. My diverse background has shown me the resilience of the human spirit, and I bring this perspective to my work with adults facing life transitions, grief, anxiety, and trauma.

Utilizes eye movements and voluntary memory/image replacement to change how we store distressing images in our brains.

Helps clients understand their emotions and the role they play in our lives.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

Identifying and changing negative thought patterns.

A short-term, goal-oriented approach that focuses on finding solutions and building on strengths.
