I’m here to help. Sharing a passion for horses, sports, and the outdoors, I’m dedicated to providing a supportive and compassionate space for individuals in Alberta to address their mental and emotional well-being. 

Drawing on my expertise in evidence-based therapies like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parts work, I’ll work with you to develop coping strategies and address any acute or complex underlying trauma that may be informing current fears, avoidance or anxiety within the activity that used to bring fulfillment.
